Product Return Policy

Solielin does not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition.

Damages and Problems

Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, or if your item is lost in transit, please contact us immediately but no later than 10 (ten) days so that we can assess the problem and correct the problem.

Cancle Policy

You can cancel any order before the goods are shipped. Alternatively, you can send us a cancellation notice by emailing us at mail@solielin.com.
The Platform reserves the right to cancel any order placed by you at its sole discretion and shall notify you by email/SMS. In addition, the platform may cancel an order if the quantity exceeds the standard for personal consumption, or if the platform has reason to believe or suspect that the order is not for the consumer's personal use.

A refund

If an order is cancelled, any amount you paid for the transaction will be refunded under your original payment method.
Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue a refund.
